Remote HR Operations Manager supporting California restaurant operations. Owns employee relations, compliance (CA employment law), recruiting, payroll (Paylocity), HRIS data entry, workers' compensation, training, investigations, reporting, and cross-functional HR partnership. Acts as trusted advisor to managers and executes HR strategies to improve organizational effectiveness. Must be bilingual (Spanish) and able to travel to the Bay Area several times per year.

Lead email, SMS, social, and paid media strategy to drive same-store sales and new customer acquisition. Create frequent email and SMS sends, produce daily social content (Reels/Stories), oversee Meta and Google ad strategy with agency partners, and own offer and promo execution to produce measurable sales lifts and high ROAS.

Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and food-safety guidelines, maintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment, manage prep and inventory, collaborate with management to ensure guest satisfaction, support special events, and follow OSHA/EEOC and restaurant policies. Must work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
