Provides executive and office support for leadership and electrophysiologists, including complex domestic and aviation travel coordination, itinerary changes, expense reconciliation, calendar and inbox management, office operations, meetings, events, personal assistance, confidentiality, and HR onboarding support.

Build and lead Current Clinic’s healthcare marketing function, owning enterprise strategy, clinic launch plans, provider referral marketing, digital acquisition, brand development, media relations, community outreach, analytics, budgeting, and compliance. The role partners with executive and clinical leadership, manages contractors and agencies, and drives patient acquisition and physician referrals across multiple markets.

Build referral relationships with primary care, cardiology, and community partners across southeastern New Mexico. Educate providers about AFib and arrhythmia programs, facilitate outreach events, maintain CRM records, close referral communication loops, support program launches, and provide market intelligence to marketing and clinical leadership. The role requires independent territory management and extensive local driving in a company vehicle.
