Guides patients through electrophysiology and Watchman procedures, including education, pre- and postoperative order entry, scheduling, coordination, and follow-up. Maintains registry and value-based outcomes data, supports EP lab patient flow, coordinates inventory, and serves as the nursing liaison between facilities. The role combines direct patient care, procedural support, clinical documentation, quality tracking, and multidisciplinary coordination.

Build referral relationships with primary care, cardiology, and community partners across southeastern New Mexico. Educate providers about AFib and arrhythmia programs, facilitate outreach events, maintain CRM records, close referral communication loops, support program launches, and provide market intelligence to marketing and clinical leadership. The role requires independent territory management and extensive local driving in a company vehicle.
