Responsibilities include selling the company’s value proposition, retaining existing clients, reactivating inactive accounts, sourcing and onboarding SME corporate clients, managing leads and accounts in Salesforce, and driving revenue through existing and new partner relationships. The role serves the Hermanus area and requires strong communication, organization, autonomy, customer service, and target-driven sales performance.

Manage and reactivate a book of existing and lapsed FX partner accounts, liaise with partners, collaborate with sales and dealing teams, handle inbound queries, update Salesforce CRM, create and manage affiliate accounts, assist with data capture/cleaning and reporting, and support affiliate commission administration.
