Manages prescription fulfillment and quality assurance activities, including medication dispensing, HIV regimen and drug interaction reviews, drug utilization reviews, prescription processing, supportive personnel oversight, patient counseling, and compliance with specialty pharmacy accreditation standards.

The Senior Accountant maintains accurate financial records, posts journal entries, reconciles accounts and bank statements, prepares financial statements, monitors expenses and cash flow, supports audits, maintains internal controls, and ensures accounting compliance. The role also collaborates across departments and assists with process automation projects. Candidates should have 2–4 years of accounting experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; PIONEER RX experience is preferred.

Processes and codes vendor invoices, verifies approvals and documentation, reconciles vendor statements and accounts payable aging to the general ledger, maintains vendor records, resolves payment discrepancies, responds to vendor inquiries, verifies shipping-related invoices, supports audits, and assists with month-end close activities.
