Process and post customer payments, respond to billing and payment inquiries, research and resolve discrepancies, monitor aging reports, update AR records, communicate with patients/payers/internal teams, and maintain HIPAA and regulatory compliance.

Lead medication safety, pharmacovigilance, adverse event and product complaint management. Conduct investigations, root cause analyses, deviation reporting, and CAPA development.
