The Cost Estimating Manager leads cost estimating efforts for changes in public sector construction projects, manages change orders, and prepares necessary documentation and reports while collaborating with various teams and stakeholders.

Lead and deliver luxury hospitality projects: manage schedule, scope, cost, and stakeholders; prepare PM plans and budgets; coordinate permitting, cost estimating, value engineering, document control, and project team processes to meet client goals and timelines.

Prepare mechanical process budget estimates and quantity takeoffs, build unit costs, review scope and change orders, support risk/value management, develop subcontractor relationships, and contribute to continuous cost management for semiconductor projects.
