Serve as owner's representative for K-12 school modernization projects: plan, manage schedule/scope/cost, drive permitting, coordinate stakeholders, prepare PM plans and budgets, value-engineer, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Lead project controls for large life-science projects, overseeing cost, schedule, risk, and contracts. Manage client accounts, mentor staff, develop fee proposals, perform QA/QC, drive business development, and maintain revenue, margins, and receivables while delivering capital planning, cost management, scheduling, and reporting services.

Manage and coordinate construction projects, ensuring compliance with client goals, managing budgets, and overseeing project documentation and team tasks.
