Assists project management teams at an on-site healthcare construction project by managing document control, reviewing deliverables, preparing status reports and invoices, tracking costs and schedules, processing payment applications and change orders, coordinating stakeholder meetings, and managing closeout documents and warranty requests.

Develops and maintains detailed construction schedules for data center projects, monitors critical paths, performs forensic scheduling and cost analyses, manages risk assessments, resource and cost loading, and prepares progress reports. The role supports project managers, coordinates design and contractor progress, validates schedules, participates in site walks, oversees scope and change impacts, and mentors junior schedulers.

Develops and maintains detailed construction schedules for large-scale semiconductor projects. Responsibilities include critical path analysis, schedule risk assessments, forensic scheduling, resource and cost loading, progress reporting, 4D/5D modeling, change management, and project data integration. The Senior Scheduler supports project managers, coordinates designers and contractors, validates schedules, conducts site walks, mentors junior schedulers, and analyzes delays, productivity, costs, and acceleration opportunities.
