Leads project controls for complex life sciences programs, overseeing capital planning, governance, funding, cost and schedule control, risk management, contracts, reporting, and closeout. Manages client accounts, business development, financial performance, staffing, quality reviews, and team development. Provides cost-control leadership, value engineering, forecasting, mitigation planning, and client-facing project management from an onsite client campus.

Manages project cost accounting and controls across multiple projects and funding sources. Develops and administers a public-sector rebate program, including eligibility, verification, payment tracking, and reporting. Establishes cost structures, reconciles budgets and expenditures, prepares project budgets and cash-flow projections, analyzes resource management activities, and provides exception reports and recommendations. Collaborates with project management teams to implement accounting guidelines and oversee cost-control efforts.
