Oversee cost management for education, commercial interiors, and semiconductor projects. Responsibilities include preparing quantity takeoffs, budgets, unit costs, estimates, change-order evaluations, risk and value management, contract reviews, and summary analyses. The role requires interpreting construction documents, understanding labor and material rates, collaborating with clients and subcontractors, and leading estimates under managerial supervision.

Manage construction projects from planning through closeout, coordinating scope, schedules, budgets, design, permitting, procurement, construction, and stakeholders. Responsibilities include value engineering, cost and revenue projections, constructability reviews, contract and claim negotiations, entitlement processes, budget reconciliation, and project team leadership. The role oversees complex projects, delegates tasks, maintains project documentation, and ensures client goals, standards, and procedures are met.
