Can I give all of my HR work to your team?
We’re not an outsourced HR model. We are more of a fractional service partner. We require a stakeholder and an owner to commit to the partnership and engagement. Our average engagement with a client lasts 3-5 years. Once we understand the company’s lifecycle and their purpose, we tend to move through Culture, Talent and HR initiatives with them.
How do you charge?
We’re not a staffing company. We sell service not time. We measure our time internally as we rely on capacity and workforce planning to ensure quality engagements and projected growth goals. We have been in this industry a while and understand we need to assess, build and then team.
If you’re hands-on, is there anything you won’t do?
We don’t do any benefits administration and no payroll processing. We will help with reconciliation, open enrollment events, coordination, etc...
Will you get involved and partner with our HR service providers like payroll, staffing/recruiting, insurance, benefits brokers, etc?
Of course! We often act as an intermediary or driver of project initiatives. We partner with the providers to help drive results and offer support to the HR stakeholder.
