Lead controllership for WaterCo and assigned business units, driving month-end close, financial statement preparation, account reconciliations, SOX compliance, audit support, and public company reporting. Partner with corporate finance and business leaders to ensure accurate, timely reporting, strengthen internal controls, mentor staff, and implement process standardization and automation across 60+ branches.

Manage office operations including billing, accounts receivable/payable, payroll/benefits data collection, month-end close support, budget analysis, and supervise front-desk/clerical staff. Act as manager-on-duty as needed, handle collections, assist sales, complete special projects, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

The Commercial & Industrial Sales Representative will drive sales growth for Culligan's water treatment solutions, manage customer relationships, and develop strategic sales initiatives.

Partner with business leaders to set people strategy and execute HR programs across ~50 branches and 700 employees. Drive organizational design, talent acquisition, performance management, change initiatives, retention strategies, employee relations, and coaching. Lead HR team development and translate data into actionable insights. Travel ~25-30%.

Drive commercial and industrial sales by identifying prospects, developing proposals, collaborating with technical teams to design water treatment solutions, managing customer relationships, and maintaining pipeline and CRM records to meet sales targets.
