Leads retail performance across Cullen Jewellery’s Australia and New Zealand showroom portfolio. The role drives sales, service, operational performance, client experience, KPI accountability, leadership coaching, workforce readiness, showroom openings, and regional expansion. It partners with Production, Merchandise, Marketing, Property, and People & Culture teams to maintain consistent premium experiences and support commercial growth across multiple locations.

Create, plan, schedule, and optimize branded social media content for TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest. Write and revise scripts, analyze performance metrics, collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams on campaigns, support organic social strategy, and monitor platform trends. The role is based in the Los Angeles showroom and includes creating content with the public, including appearing on camera.

Analyze omnichannel customer, retail, digital, and supply chain workflows to identify friction and performance opportunities. Gather and manage requirements, analyze customer and commercial data, map current and future processes, support product discovery and business cases, facilitate cross-functional workshops, assist roadmap planning and UAT, and measure feature outcomes against business objectives.

Own end-to-end recruitment for Cullen Jewellery’s national showroom network, including job campaigns, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding, ATS data management, and talent pipeline development. Partner with Showroom Managers as a trusted hiring advisor, improve interview capability, and support talent projects such as succession planning, internal mobility, workforce planning, and talent pooling.

Provide personalized in-person and online jewellery consultations, helping clients select and customize pieces. Prepare quotes, coordinate aftercare services, process invoices and repairs, support warranty claims, and promote ethical practices. Assist with showroom opening, cleanliness, stock takes, displays, inventory, and postage tasks while delivering excellent client experiences and meeting team goals.
