Coordinates daily jewellery workshop production by assigning tasks, tracking job progress, resolving delays, conducting final quality-control checks, managing consumable inventory, coordinating shipments and customs documentation, and communicating updates across workshop, production, logistics, and management teams.

Manage daily accounts payable, supplier reconciliations, multi-entity payments, bank and sales reconciliations, corporate cards, expenses, journals, fixed assets, employee benefits, audit documentation, and finance queries. Support month-end close, compliance, and process automation across international, multi-currency entities.

Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack software, AI-enabled workflows, business automations, and integrations with ERP and third-party systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities, translate requirements, ship iterative solutions, evaluate emerging tools, and document architecture and integration decisions.
