Own key retailer and branded customer relationships (notably the home baking campaign), drive organic growth and account plans, manage customer P&L and pricing, negotiate commercial agreements, convert inbound opportunities, deliver campaigns from concept to launch, embed account management best practices, and collaborate across IPS/Culina to meet revenue and margin targets.

Manage night-shift warehouse operations including inbound/outbound scheduling, driver liaison, paperwork accuracy, staff instructions, shift handovers, and operational problem-solving to maintain efficient transport and delivery performance.

Provide administrative and governance support to the Group Legal & Company Secretariat team, ensuring accurate, timely statutory filings, maintaining corporate records, registers and databases, and supporting compliance and corporate housekeeping across UK entities.

Operate Terberg shunter tractors to move and position trailers on site, perform safety and temperature checks, report defects/incidents, maintain hygiene and parking layouts, communicate via radio, and work night shifts to meet operational deadlines.

Provide site access control at a busy warehousing site: record vehicle/driver entries, brief visitors, monitor CCTV and temperatures, conduct patrols and searches, liaise with warehouse and emergency services, and report incidents to maintain security and safety.

Lead design of commercially competitive warehouse and transport solutions for tender responses. Analyse tender data, model resource and financial impacts, coordinate bids with operations and finance, prepare tender documentation and presentations, and support implementation of new contracts while advising on automation opportunities.

Manage vehicle ingress/egress and associated paperwork, liaise with operations to allocate bays, perform checks and security duties (CCTV, searches, sealing), and ensure timely, accurate receipting and dispatch in a fast-paced warehouse.

Plan and dispatch daily transport operations for 120+ routes, manage time-critical collections and deliveries, liaise with warehouse and customer service, resolve issues on shift, meet KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced night-shift environment.

Supervise and motivate a production line team on rotating shifts to meet hourly/daily targets, ensure product quality and traceability, maintain safety and quality compliance, complete accurate paperwork, train new starters, develop skills matrices, and minimise waste while maximising efficiency.

Manage all warehouse site operations to maximise profit and meet revenue and SLA targets. Lead and develop the management team, plan resources and recruitment, monitor KPIs, manage budgets and client relationships, ensure H&S compliance, drive continuous improvement and reduce cost/loss.

Lead multi-site SHEQ activities across distribution centres: drive risk-based safety culture, ensure legal and ISO/BRC compliance, deliver safety management systems, audits, incident investigations, training, and liaison with regulators and insurers to drive continuous improvement.

Lead solution design for warehouse and transport tender responses: analyse customer requirements and data, design operations and resource models, prepare financial P&L and tender documentation, coordinate stakeholders, source subcontract quotes, and support contract implementation and team development.

Lead a co-packing production line, set up equipment, run start-up and safety checks, coach and motivate the team, monitor KPIs (output, downtime, waste), ensure product quality, maintain GMP/hygiene and paperwork, drive productivity and continuous improvement, and support workforce planning with agency staff.
