Drive HGV Class 1 vehicles on curtain‑side trailers for general haulage, trunking and store collections. Complete vehicle checks and documentation, comply with drivers' hours and safety regulations, load/unload cages occasionally, and provide professional customer service.

Plan and schedule driver and vehicle resources to meet delivery/collection deadlines, ensure legal compliance with drivers' hours and vehicle maintenance, communicate with drivers, maintain service levels, and support HR processes (discipline, return-to-work).

Manage high-volume supplier invoice processing and payments, perform 3-way matching, run BACS/CHAPS/cheque payments, support audits and VAT compliance, coach AP analysts, resolve escalations, and drive process improvements.
