Own key retailer and branded customer relationships (notably the home baking campaign), drive organic growth and account plans, manage customer P&L and pricing, negotiate commercial agreements, convert inbound opportunities, deliver campaigns from concept to launch, embed account management best practices, and collaborate across IPS/Culina to meet revenue and margin targets.

Lead site operations to achieve KPIs, budget and contractual targets. Drive safety culture, manage warehouse, driver and fleet resources, staffing and training. Build customer and supplier relationships, monitor KPIs and costs, implement continuous improvement and technology, and ensure regulatory and health & safety compliance.

Coordinates and monitors warehouse operations to ensure loads are picked and dispatched on schedule. Responsibilities include using and updating the WMS, allocating trailers to bays, resolving RDT issues, correcting system faults, escalating operational problems, communicating instructions by phone or radio, maintaining health and safety standards, tracking KPIs, and supporting picking, marshalling, goods-in, cleaning, and pallet-checking duties.
