Manage inbound and outbound vehicles, book delivery slots, complete and check paperwork, liaise with operations, operate CCTV, seal vehicles, and assist with security checks during night shifts to ensure timely, secure site flow.

Plan and execute day-to-day transport operations using a TMS: assemble consolidated loads, subcontract and schedule collections, manage vehicle workloads across depots, meet KPIs, resolve issues, drive continuous improvements, and coordinate with warehouse and manufacturing teams under tight timelines.

Operate HGVs to move and position trailers on site, perform safety and temperature checks, report defects/incidents, maintain hygiene and parking layouts, and follow health & safety and transport instructions. Communicate via radio and ensure fridge diesel levels and temperatures meet product requirements.
