Responsibilities include hiring and developing teams, improving processes, monitoring KPIs and SLAs, ensuring safety and compliance, and resolving escalated customer concerns.

Leads underground telecommunications drop operations, including field crews and subcontractors. Oversees work assignments, production metrics, quality, safety, customer experience, backlog, and schedule performance. Ensures compliance with excavation, utility locating, restoration, and construction standards while resolving field issues and developing scalable operating processes.
