Manage Nashville residential fiber installation operations, leading field supervisors and technicians while overseeing scheduling, productivity, quality, safety, customer satisfaction, and KPI performance. Responsibilities include technician onboarding and coaching, workforce allocation, field inspections, corrective action plans, compliance with OSHA and telecommunications standards, asset accountability, incident investigation, and continuous operational improvement. The manager will support Google Fiber objectives, resolve installation and customer issues, optimize labor utilization, and maintain strong team and client performance.
