Develop scalable, secure data pipelines and end-to-end data solutions for consulting clients. Collect, clean, transform, and analyze complex datasets; apply statistical methods; create models, visualizations, reports, and dashboards; and provide actionable recommendations. The role also involves troubleshooting system issues, supporting releases and downtimes, maintaining data quality and controls, collaborating with stakeholders, and mentoring junior developers. Remote work includes occasional infrequent travel to the United States.

Supports talent acquisition by sourcing and engaging candidates, reviewing applications, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, maintaining ATS records, communicating with candidates, supporting job postings, and helping manage recruitment pipelines and operations. The role also contributes to a positive candidate experience and collaborates with the people and employer brand teams.

Design and build end-to-end data solutions and pipelines using modern cloud platforms; ingest, transform, and make data available for BI and downstream consumers. Partner with business stakeholders, implement CI/CD, testing, observability, and documentation, triage performance issues, and support delivery across client engagements.
