Role Overview:
Cuesta Partners is looking for a Data Scientist in Latin America who is interested in
consulting and working with our broad base of clients on various engagements,
delivering advanced analytics and data-driven solutions using modern technologies
and best practices while mentoring others.
As a Data Scientist at Cuesta, you will analyze complex datasets, extract meaningful
insights, and build predictive models that support strategic decision-making. Your
mission will be to leverage statistical techniques and machine learning models to
drive business impact for our clients.
What We're Looking For:
• 3 -5 years of prior experience as a Data Scientist.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a
related field.
• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI,
etc.).
• Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or
PyTorch.
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and AI projects.
• Excellent communication skills.
