Supports the Legal team with NDA review, contract template management, contract execution, standard commercial agreements, corporate filings, and company secretarial administration. The role uses AI-assisted tools and provides progression into commercial negotiations, deal structuring, and stakeholder management across Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Product. It requires a qualified junior legal professional who can manage high-volume work accurately in a fast-paced international technology business.

Lead group financial strategy, reporting and treasury for an international, scaling SaaS/connected-mobility business. Strengthen financial systems and controls, manage tax, transfer pricing and entity structuring, lead M&A diligence and integration, support funding and investor relations, and build a high-performing finance team to prepare the group for public/parent-company reporting.
