Operate and support a global mobile connectivity platform for IoT, automotive, and roaming services. Troubleshoot complex SS7, Diameter, SIP, GTP, voice, SMS, attach, authentication, and data-session issues using protocol analysis and monitoring tools. Coordinate with engineering teams, vendors, and mobile network operators on service deployments, incidents, maintenance, upgrades, and root-cause fixes. Improve operational processes, document incidents, enforce ITIL-style change and problem management, and mentor less experienced colleagues.

Maintain and improve the reliability of an IoT and automotive software platform. Diagnose escalated issues, monitor performance with APM tools, coordinate critical incident resolution, perform root-cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes. Collaborate with development, product, DevOps, and support teams; contribute to monitoring, documentation, post-incident reviews, and continuous improvement. Mentor engineers and use full-stack development, SQL, Azure, and database troubleshooting skills to resolve complex software problems.

Provides Level 2 technical support for applications and systems, coordinating with development, testing, engineering, and customer support teams. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, root cause analysis, application monitoring, production support, release and deployment assistance, documentation, reporting, and performance optimization. The role also supports small to medium projects and resolves medium- to high-complexity issues while maintaining strong customer and cross-functional relationships.
