Senior subject-matter expert in operational risk and controls responsible for customer data operations, index building/management, data quality, governance, automation/AI integration, and mentoring junior team members while supporting cross-functional delivery.

Operate and support production and non-production SQL Server databases, troubleshoot performance and incidents, manage AlwaysOn/HA-DR, support Azure SQL/PostgreSQL/Cosmos DB, automate provisioning and deployments using T-SQL/PowerShell and CI/CD, monitor health, validate backups/recovery, and collaborate with developers to improve database patterns and operational tooling.
