Oversee and manage the corporate compliance program for a healthcare organization. Conduct audits, investigate alleged violations, develop policies and Plans of Correction, provide regular reports to the Board, maintain compliance training and Hotline, coordinate corrective actions, and collaborate with departments and counsel to ensure adherence to federal, state, and agency regulations and organizational ethics.

The Program Manager oversees team management, coordinates administrative tasks and ensures compliance while facilitating staff development and maintaining effective communication within the organization.

The Clinical Director oversees treatment services for individuals impacted by mental illness and trauma, manages clinical staff, ensures adherence to regulations, and engages in community consultation.

Engage high-need youth and families to develop, implement, and monitor individualized High-Fidelity Wraparound plans; convene and facilitate Child & Family Teams, coordinate services, document progress, and ensure fidelity to HFW principles while completing required trainings and supervision.
