Provide high-fidelity Wraparound facilitation for high-need youth and families: convene and lead Child & Family Teams, develop and monitor individualized HFW plans, connect families to services, document progress, assemble transition plans, collaborate with agencies, and complete required trainings and supervision.

The Program Manager oversees team management, coordinates administrative tasks and ensures compliance while facilitating staff development and maintaining effective communication within the organization.

The Clinical Director oversees treatment services for individuals impacted by mental illness and trauma, manages clinical staff, ensures adherence to regulations, and engages in community consultation.
