Oversee and manage the corporate compliance program for a healthcare organization. Conduct audits, investigate alleged violations, develop policies and Plans of Correction, provide regular reports to the Board, maintain compliance training and Hotline, coordinate corrective actions, and collaborate with departments and counsel to ensure adherence to federal, state, and agency regulations and organizational ethics.

Provide High-Fidelity Wraparound facilitation for high-need youth and families: convene Child & Family Teams, develop and monitor individualized HFW plans, connect families to services, document progress, and ensure fidelity to the HFW model while completing required trainings and documentation.

Lead clinical strategy and standardize clinical processes across the agency. Oversee program development, staff supervision, clinical assessments, treatment planning, compliance, revenue generation for clinical services, Medicaid billing, grant activities, and clinical quality improvement. Serve as the primary clinical voice to senior leadership and coach clinical teams, including occasional travel for consultation.
