Perform quality assurance for engine MRO processes: inspect, test, analyze defects, lead root cause analysis, manage QMS documentation, conduct supplier and internal audits, and support AS9110/9100 external audits.

Lead a configuration team to enforce configuration control and SOPs for jet engine MRO. Oversee record review, AD/SB interpretation, audits (FAA/EASA), training, metrics reporting, and resolution of quality issues to ensure compliance and accurate maintenance documentation.

Designs, implements, and maintains FAA Part 145-compliant technical training programs for engine MRO personnel. Develops curriculum for engine platforms and maintenance procedures, delivers human factors and SMS training, manages qualifications/certifications and OJT, tracks training effectiveness with KPIs, and partners with Quality, Engineering, Operations, and HR to ensure regulatory compliance and workforce readiness.

Manage customer engine MRO programs end-to-end, acting as primary customer interface. Oversee contracts, forecasts, program reviews, vendor/material status, costs, margins, and reporting using Quantum ERP and Smartsheet; ensure TAT, scope, and compliance (FAA/EASA/CAA, ITAR/EAR). Drive cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.

Create, edit, and update engine workscope documents for turbofan MRO. Interface with customers, technicians, and mechanics to assess shop findings, develop repair schemes, ensure FAA/EASA/OEM compliance, support troubleshooting, testing, and continuous improvement to meet turnaround time and cost targets.

Lead configuration management for commercial and military turbine engine MRO, ensuring regulatory and customer compliance. Provide technical leadership, train analysts, validate inspection data, maintain configuration documentation, collaborate with engineering, production, purchasing, and quality, drive continuous improvement, and support root cause corrective actions to prevent quality escapes.

Support and maintain Microsoft 365 ecosystem and cloud operations: administer M365 services, manage Intune and Autopilot device deployments, support SharePoint/Teams/OneDrive, assist with Entra ID identity tasks, monitor security dashboards and backups, triage alerts, and create SOPs and user documentation.
