The Business Analyst elicits, analyzes, documents, and validates business, technical, reporting, and data requirements for healthcare and social services programs. Develop and support enterprise BI solutions using IBM Cognos and Tableau, including reports, dashboards, data sources, administration, deployments, scheduling, security, performance tuning, validation, and production support. Analyze data warehouses, write SQL, collaborate with stakeholders and data teams, and deliver actionable Medicaid reporting solutions through Agile practices.

Leads enterprise technical and data architecture for reporting, analytics, data integration, and transaction-processing solutions. Designs modernization strategies, application and cloud architectures, APIs, databases, security, orchestration, and CI/CD practices. Provides hands-on Python and SQL development, code review, testing, deployment, performance tuning, and production support. Leads BI delivery, proof-of-concepts, documentation, stakeholder presentations, and cross-functional engineering teams while mentoring architects, data engineers, developers, analysts, and testers.

Develop complex business intelligence solutions, dashboards, reports, data marts, and analytics using Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Teradata, and React. Collaborate with clients and technical teams to gather requirements, recommend solutions, test systems, support data platforms, analyze healthcare program data, and provide technical guidance, presentations, and project support.

Leads Master Data Management and ETL solution delivery using Informatica MDM and PowerCenter. Designs mappings, workflows, transformations, scheduling, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance-tuning processes. Develops complex SQL for Teradata data marts and uses Python for automation and data processing. Coordinates MDM ETL specialists, supports testing and production issues, documents technical workflows, and collaborates with QA, business teams, state IT, and project leadership.

Source and engage candidates for technology and consulting roles, conduct initial video screens, assess qualifications, maintain recruiting-system records, and provide candidate recommendations. The role emphasizes relationship building, outreach, goal achievement, resilience, organization, and continuous learning. No prior recruiting or technical experience is required; training and coaching are provided through CSpring Catalyst.

Coordinates Indiana’s rural health grant program across multiple regions. Manages grant and contract compliance, budgets, documentation, milestones, reporting, performance tracking, and corrective actions. Serves as a liaison among state agencies, healthcare organizations, regional coalitions, and community partners while convening meetings and supporting consistent grant-management practices. Helps partners meet CMS and state requirements and sustain measurable rural health improvements.

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise ETL pipelines and scalable data processing using ADF, Informatica, Python, Spark/Databricks, and relational systems. Support Medicaid analytics, data validation, cloud migrations, production operations, and CI/CD practices.

Support a statewide Informatica MDM program by performing SQL-based data profiling, validation, testing, and reconciliation. Analyze matching and survivorship issues, document findings and remediation, gather business and technical requirements, support UAT/QA, and assist data governance and stewardship to improve cross-agency data quality and MDM operations.

Develop, schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot MDM and ETL processes using Informatica MDM. Create mappings, workflows, and scripts; build and tune SQL for Teradata data marts; support production issues, testing, and data governance. Collaborate with QA and stakeholders to validate, optimize, and document MDM solutions.
