Validate and test ETL pipelines and EDW extracts for a state Medicaid environment. Review requirements, design and execute test cases (manual and automated), write complex SQL, develop Python-based validation scripts, document defects in JIRA/ALM/Azure DevOps, integrate automation into CI/CD, and collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure data quality and compliance with healthcare standards.

Lead data analysis and CMS reporting efforts: gather/standardize requirements, design data models and validation, perform root-cause analysis, produce dashboards and automated reports, oversee QA/UAT, ensure CMS/Medicaid compliance, mentor junior analysts, and manage monthly/quarterly federal and audit data submissions.

Lead analysis for HIE modernization efforts: gather and document business and technical requirements, analyze current data exchange workflows, identify gaps, and produce future-state specifications. Facilitate stakeholders, translate health IT requirements for vendor implementation, and support system configuration with emphasis on interoperability and data standards.

Lead subrecipient monitoring and risk management for a federal rural health grant: conduct desk, on-site, and virtual compliance reviews; analyze financial and performance data; maintain audit-ready records; provide technical assistance; develop monitoring tools and corrective action plans; coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure fiscal stewardship and program compliance.
