Support a statewide Informatica MDM program by performing SQL-based data profiling, validation, testing, and reconciliation. Analyze matching and survivorship issues, document findings and remediation, gather business and technical requirements, support UAT/QA, and assist data governance and stewardship to improve cross-agency data quality and MDM operations.

Develop, schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot MDM and ETL processes using Informatica MDM. Design, build, and support cloud data solutions on Azure: develop ETL pipelines, transformations (SQL/Python/PySpark), data models, storage patterns, quality checks, monitoring, and CI/CD; collaborate with stakeholders and document architecture and runbooks.

Validate and test ETL pipelines and EDW extracts for a state Medicaid environment. Review requirements, design and execute test cases (manual and automated), write complex SQL, develop Python-based validation scripts, document defects in JIRA/ALM/Azure DevOps, integrate automation into CI/CD, and collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure data quality and compliance with healthcare standards.

Design, implement, and maintain Azure-based data pipelines and analytics-ready datasets. Develop transformations, optimize SQL, contribute code across the platform, support production workloads, apply engineering patterns, work with stakeholders, and support CI/CD, testing, and monitoring for analytics and AI/ML use cases.

Lead subrecipient monitoring and risk management for a federal rural health grant: conduct desk, on-site, and virtual compliance reviews; analyze financial and performance data; maintain audit-ready records; provide technical assistance; develop monitoring tools and corrective action plans; coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure fiscal stewardship and program compliance.
