Lead enterprise data architecture and modeling for Medicaid, Medicare, commercial healthcare, and analytics environments. Design conceptual, logical, physical, dimensional, normalized, OLAP, and Data Vault models; define data quality, governance, metadata, security, and compliance practices. Design, implement, and maintain Azure-based data pipelines and analytics-ready datasets. Develop transformations, optimize SQL, contribute code across the platform, support production workloads, apply engineering patterns, work with stakeholders, and support CI/CD, testing, and monitoring for analytics and AI/ML use cases.

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise ETL pipelines and scalable data processing using ADF, Informatica, Python, Spark/Databricks, and relational systems. Support Medicaid analytics, data validation, cloud migrations, production operations, and CI/CD practices.

Perform risk-based monitoring and reviews of subawardees for programmatic, fiscal, and reporting compliance. Analyze financial documentation, monitor spending in PeopleSoft, support corrective action plans, provide technical assistance, maintain audit-ready records, collaborate with internal teams, and assist with audit preparation.

Support a statewide Informatica MDM program by performing SQL-based data profiling, validation, testing, and reconciliation. Analyze matching and survivorship issues, document findings and remediation, gather business and technical requirements, support UAT/QA, and assist data governance and stewardship to improve cross-agency data quality and MDM operations.

Develop, schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot MDM and ETL processes using Informatica MDM. Create mappings, workflows, and scripts; build and tune SQL for Teradata data marts; support production issues, testing, and data governance. Collaborate with QA and stakeholders to validate, optimize, and document MDM solutions.
