Lead risk-based monitoring and compliance for sub-awardees, conduct desk/on-site/virtual reviews, review financials, oversee PeopleSoft spending oversight, guide corrective actions, maintain audit-ready records, coordinate with internal teams, and improve monitoring tools and processes.

Design, build, and maintain analytic reports and dashboards using Cognos and Tableau. Perform ad hoc and cube-based reporting, validate results against data warehouse sources, support testing and UAT, collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements, and recommend report and data improvements to ensure accuracy and insights delivery.
