Develops, tests, debugs, maintains, documents, and enhances enterprise software applications using .NET technologies. Owns significant components, participates in Agile/Scrum delivery, performs code reviews, automates deployments, supports production incidents, and collaborates with Product, QA, DevOps, and business teams. Provides mentorship to junior engineers and communicates project risks and technical challenges to stakeholders.

Leads multiple software engineering teams developing and supporting loans and deposits solutions. Oversees REST API development, system integrations, technical delivery, quality, and project commitments. Manages and mentors engineering staff while partnering with Product, Project Management, Architecture, and business stakeholders. Drives automation, AI adoption, process improvement, Agile delivery, and operational efficiency. Requires strong software development, API security, database, leadership, communication, and decision-making experience, with FinTech experience preferred.

Leads multiple software engineering teams supporting account opening and customer initiatives. Oversees software development, maintenance, integrations, delivery, quality, and technical processes while mentoring employees and partnering with Product, Architecture, Project Management, and business teams. Drives automation, AI adoption, process improvement, and operational efficiency. Requires software development expertise, API and database experience, Agile and SDLC knowledge, and demonstrated people leadership.
