Design, develop and maintain mainframe applications and IDMS databases using COBOL. Analyze user needs, design system components, modify databases, produce database descriptions, coordinate installations, estimate project time/cost, and collaborate with engineers and clients on federal projects.

Develop, enhance, and maintain Oracle-based applications across the SDLC. Design and implement PL/SQL database objects, Oracle Forms and Reports, optimize SQL and database performance, perform unit and integration testing, troubleshoot defects, support deployments, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver and modernize application functionality.

Lead administration and optimization of enterprise IaaS and virtualized infrastructure (Oracle Linux, Windows Server, VMware). Troubleshoot production issues, manage AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS, backups, security, patching, capacity planning, and document configurations. Collaborate on architecture, cloud migrations, automation, and participate in on-call rotations.
