Build and maintain AI-assisted automated testing across web, API, and mobile using Playwright. Integrate quality gates into GitHub Actions, reduce flaky tests, and provide functional, regression, API, performance, and exploratory testing. Evaluate AI-powered customer experiences, track quality metrics, convert defects into regression tests, and mentor QA engineers. Partner with engineering teams on risk-based test strategies, CI/CD validation, and responsible use of AI-generated test code.

Serves as the on-site HR partner for a high-volume fulfillment center workforce. Responsibilities include employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, retention, supervisor training, HR compliance, employee records, OSHA support, engagement initiatives, and monthly HR reporting. The role partners with site leaders to improve people metrics, culture, and operational performance.

Own end-to-end email and SMS campaign execution, including calendar management, creative builds, audience segmentation, quality assurance, deployment, performance analysis, and A/B testing. Collaborate with marketing, creative, merchandising, analytics, and CRM teams. Ensure regulatory compliance, optimize engagement and conversions, and introduce AI-powered workflow improvements. The role requires 1–3 years of email marketing experience, analytical ability, regulatory familiarity, and comfort managing multiple campaigns.
