Own end-to-end executive and specialized recruiting searches across CSC Generation’s portfolio. Source passive candidates through talent mapping, direct outreach, referrals, and LinkedIn; partner with executives to define roles and sourcing strategies; manage confidential searches; close difficult hires; maintain passive talent pipelines; and provide competitive talent market intelligence.

Serves as the in-store coffee expert, educating customers on brewing methods, beans, equipment, and accessories. Leads demonstrations and classes, recommends and sells products, supports merchandising and store revenue goals, and maintains coffee operations, inventory, sanitation, safety, and compliance standards. Requires flexible part-time availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, plus the ability to perform physical store and coffee bar duties.

Serves as the in-store coffee expert by demonstrating brewing methods, educating customers, recommending coffee products and equipment, and driving sales and class enrollment. Maintains coffee preparation standards, inventory, sanitation, safety, merchandising, and store compliance. Teaches 3–4 classes weekly and provides engaging customer experiences while supporting store revenue and culinary program goals.
