Perform component-level troubleshooting and repair of PCBs and computer subassemblies using soldering, SMT, optical inspection, X-ray, dye-and-pry, thermal testing, and electronic test equipment. Document repairs in Excel/databases, follow engineering change orders and diagrams, prioritize workload, and coordinate with production, quality, inventory and engineering.

Lead finance team to deliver analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting (P&L, BS, CF), support strategic initiatives, perform due diligence on investments, manage audits and parent reporting, and drive reporting/system enhancements and ad-hoc financial analysis.

Lead quality process activities for laptops, main logic boards, and LCD assemblies: develop and maintain quality requirements, perform statistical/process capability analysis, drive corrective actions and continuous improvement, support new product transitions, create inspection procedures, mentor engineers, and ensure ISO 9001 compliance.

Manage accounting operations including AP, AR, billing, general ledger, and financial statement preparation. Ensure accounting controls, support audits, provide financial analyses, develop policies and process improvements, and supervise and train accounting staff within a manufacturing/warehouse environment.

Serve as a hands-on HR partner to executive leadership, overseeing benefits, staffing, compensation, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, compliance with employment law, workforce planning, and HR analytics. Manage relationships with staffing providers and directly lead a team of 6–8 professionals to drive HR programs aligned with business objectives.

Serve as the HR business partner for an assigned unit, advising leadership on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Lead investigations, resolve employee complaints, support performance improvement plans, design and deliver training, monitor onboarding, and collaborate with HR specialty teams to implement HR programs and policies.

Design, integrate, commission, troubleshoot, and optimize automation systems for AI server repair and warehouse operations. Support PLC/HMI-based controls, AMRs/AGVs/ASRS, robotics, testing, validation, data analytics, supplier coordination, documentation, safety compliance, continuous improvement, and training.

Provide electrical engineering support for diagnosis, failure analysis, repair, testing, and improvement of AI servers and related high-performance computing hardware. Lead investigations, NPI readiness, develop troubleshooting/repair procedures, train technicians, and drive CAPA/FMEA/DOE activities to improve diagnostics, repairability, and operational efficiency.

Lead development and maintenance of automated and manual test processes for AI servers and HPC hardware. Create test programs, fixtures, diagnostics, and validation procedures; analyze failures and KPIs; troubleshoot and repair PCBs and test equipment; collaborate with quality, operations, and customers; implement continuous improvement and training; maintain documentation and support audits, NPI, and technical escalations.

Designs, validates, and improves repair processes for AI servers and high-performance computing equipment. Leads NPI, analyzes failure and production data, creates standardized work and KPIs, drives Lean/Six Sigma improvements, supports root-cause analysis, audits, automation opportunities, and mentors technicians to improve throughput, yield, quality, and turnaround time.

Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team supporting AI server and GPU repair operations. Provide technical leadership for diagnosis, repair, validation, NPI support, process optimization, automated test development, root cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement while partnering with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and customers.

Lead NPI and continuous improvement initiatives, develop and maintain standardized work and quality documentation, analyze process data and KPIs, facilitate cross-functional projects, drive Lean/Six Sigma/5S activities, ensure ISO 9001 compliance, and support technicians and process improvements.
