Leads daily operations and financial administration for a multi-office CPA firm. Oversees budgeting, forecasting, payroll, billing, collections, cash flow, reporting, HR, technology, vendors, facilities, compliance, and process improvements while partnering with leadership on strategic growth and maintaining a high-performing workplace culture.

Maintains accurate financial records through general ledger accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, financial statement preparation, accounts payable and receivable, tax filings, and audit support. The role analyzes variances, processes invoices and payments, reconciles bank and customer accounts, coordinates with accounting software vendors, and helps maintain accounting systems. It requires substantial bookkeeping experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, and onsite collaboration in Bradenton, Florida.

Maintains accurate financial records, reconciles accounts, prepares financial statements, performs variance analysis, manages accounts payable and receivable, supports audits, files tax forms, and contributes to accounting system improvements and month-end close activities.

Leads governmental and nonprofit audit engagements, performs audit procedures, prepares financial statements and documentation, researches accounting standards, communicates findings, manages client relationships, and mentors audit staff. Applies GAAP, GAAS, and GASB standards while supporting scheduling, training, and administrative activities. The role is remote in Florida with significant local client-site work and 10–20% out-of-town travel.
