Lead and execute governmental and nonprofit audit engagements, design and perform audit procedures, prepare financial statements and documentation, apply GAAP/GASB/GAAS, mentor staff, research accounting standards, and collaborate with clients and managers to resolve accounting and auditing issues.

Prepare and file federal and state individual and business tax returns, mentor and supervise staff, maintain communication with managers, ensure quality assurance and efficient workflows, and assist across all engagement phases. Support busy seasons with extended hours.

Lead daily operations and financial functions across multiple offices, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, payroll, billing, collections, cash flow, reporting, HR administration, technology/vendor management, facilities, compliance, and process improvements. Partner with firm leadership on strategy and growth, implement automation to streamline workflows, and occasionally travel to Bradenton and Tampa.

Lead firm operations across multiple offices, overseeing finance (budgeting, payroll, billing, collections), HR, technology/vendor management, facilities, compliance, and process improvements. Partner with leadership on strategic planning and implement scalable workflows and automation to improve productivity and client service. Occasionally travel to Bradenton and Tampa.
