Supports backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies, testing, release planning, documentation, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement. Works with Product Owners, developers, testers, government clients, and project leadership while managing risks, dependencies, and requirements traceability.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native backend applications using Node.js, React, and AWS services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support federal missions, troubleshoot complex issues, identify root causes, and deliver secure, high-performing solutions. The role also involves relational database and DynamoDB work, agile development, CI/CD practices, and adapting to new technologies.

Support Oracle Primavera Unifier implementation and operations by testing integrations, validating interfaces, troubleshooting defects and data-quality issues, supporting ST, SIT, UAT, and deployments, and maintaining technical documentation. Collaborate with developers, analysts, and federal client stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure enterprise project management systems function accurately.
