Support implementation and ongoing support of Oracle Primavera Unifier, validating integrations, performing ST/SIT/UAT testing, troubleshooting interface and data quality issues, creating/executing test cases, collaborating with technical and business teams, and maintaining technical documentation.

Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated tests for applications across PaaS, collaborative services, visualization, and hyperautomation. Report defects, collaborate on fixes, support test automation frameworks, and help implement RPA using UiPath/Power Automate. Build dashboards and reporting with Tableau/Qlik/Power BI. Participate in occasional in-person meetings in Reston, VA.

Administer, configure, and optimize Oracle Primavera Cloud to support USACE PROMIS project and portfolio management. Provide user provisioning, workflows, reporting, schedule validation, integrations, testing, production support, stakeholder coordination, and develop training and user guidance to enable adoption and operational readiness.
