Develop and execute manual and automated software tests, maintain test automation frameworks, document defects, coordinate fixes and retesting, and support RPA implementation across ServiceNow, Dynamics, and emerging technology applications. The role also contributes to test planning, quality assurance, and occasional meetings at the Reston office.

Supports mission-focused Oracle APEX applications by translating user needs into solutions, coordinating incidents and enhancements, administering access, maintaining documentation, and gathering requirements. Develops, configures, tests, and supports APEX applications using SQL, PL/SQL, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. Facilitates Agile ceremonies, coordinates stakeholders and developers, and supports application releases and continuous improvements.

Build and scale secure, cloud-native full-stack applications for federal missions using React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and AWS. Develop APIs, microservices, event-driven workflows, infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployments. Apply AI-assisted development tools, improve application security and performance, and collaborate with customers, designers, product owners, and mission stakeholders. The role requires technical ownership, clean tested code, documentation, and eligibility for DHS Public Trust and TSA clearance.
