Senior legal expert within the Legal & Regulatory team advising on crypto, regulatory and corporate governance matters. Lead strategic, group-wide legal projects, coordinate with regulators (FINMA, BaFin), draft and negotiate agreements, manage external counsel, support international market expansion, and advise Executive Board and Board of Directors on legal and regulatory issues.

Manage and maintain production trading platforms, own L2 incident triage and resolution, coordinate releases, onboard institutional clients, configure systems, prioritize tickets/backlog, drive reliability improvements, and ensure security and regulatory compliance.

The HR Specialist will manage HR administration, support recruitment activities, assist with payroll inquiries, maintain HR systems, and oversee budget administration, requiring 3-5 years of relevant experience.
