Support process mapping, best-practice implementation, project portfolio control, project planning, milestone tracking, and selected project activities. Assist with sprint facilitation and development-team capacity management while contributing to cross-departmental initiatives. The role requires strong problem-solving, prioritization, project management, communication, and organizational skills in an international digital asset and fintech environment.

Manage end-to-end HR administration, recruitment coordination, payroll support, HR systems, budget administration, reporting, and HR projects. The role supports employees and stakeholders across the employee lifecycle, maintains accurate records and audit readiness, coordinates technical recruitment processes, liaises with payroll providers, and administers tools such as Personio and Workable. Strong German and English skills, discretion, ownership, and attention to detail are essential.

Build production AI and automation solutions, including AI agents, RAG systems, structured extraction pipelines, and deterministic workflows. Identify and prioritize AI use cases across business functions, maintain AI governance inventories and approval processes, and conduct technical reviews. Contribute to Dagster, SQLMesh, and dlt data pipelines, document indexes, feature views, and infrastructure-as-code practices. The role also requires stakeholder workshops, LLM evaluation, observability, risk assessment, and audit-ready documentation.
