Own day-to-day operation and stability of wallet infrastructure, act as L2 for production incidents, coordinate releases and client onboarding, manage tickets and backlog, drive platform improvements, ensure security/compliance, and maintain documentation.

Lead QA efforts for custom order management, infrastructure, and risk platforms. Build and maintain automated test frameworks, manage release testing (manual and automated), analyze results and logs, improve CI/CD integration and test coverage, and collaborate with Agile teams to ensure product quality and risk mitigation.

Maintain and extend a scalable heterogeneous infrastructure across data centers and cloud, operate blockchain nodes and Kubernetes clusters, secure backends (HAProxy/Apache/Nginx), improve monitoring/observability (Prometheus, Loki, Tempo, Grafana), drive patch and firmware management, integrate secure technologies (HSMs), and produce infrastructure-as-code documentation while supporting live services.
