The Product Marketing Manager develops strategies for product success, collaborates with teams, provides training and marketing support, and analyzes market data to drive product adoption and improvements.

Lead the local QA function in Belgium, manage a small QA team (4+), implement and align local QMS with global standards, ensure Belgian and EU GMP/GDP/GTP compliance, manage deviations/CAPAs/change controls, oversee product release and audits, deliver training, drive continuous improvement, and liaise with Global QA/RA and cross-functional stakeholders.

The Director - Global Taxes is responsible for overseeing Cryoport's global tax strategy, compliance, reporting, and risk management while collaborating with leadership and external advisors.
