Sell advanced life insurance and estate/business/charitable planning solutions to advisors and their high-net-worth clients across an assigned region. Build relationships, design cases, recommend products, support underwriting and placement, deliver presentations, and collaborate with Integrated Relationship Management partners and support staff to generate life insurance revenue.

Drive sales by building and maintaining relationships with insurance producers, recruit and grow agent groups, provide sales support, run complex illustrations, and utilize company CRM and resources to meet sales goals.

Lead and drive sales for assigned channel/team/accounts by developing strategic business plans and sales strategies. Hire, train, coach and manage sales teammates to meet revenue, retention, P&L and margin goals. Partner with operations to meet SLAs and customer satisfaction, implement lead generation and cross-selling, monitor sales results, and maintain industry product knowledge. Ensure compliance with FINRA registrations and oversee sales promotion, forecasting, and account growth.

Sell life, long-term care, and disability insurance to clients and advisors: conduct discovery, recommend solutions, complete applications, manage underwriting, drive sales activity, handle referrals and client calls, and explain estate and insurance planning concepts.

Manage applications and placements of insurance risks, evaluate medical and financial histories, and ensure exceptional service through communication with agents. Oversee complex cases, assess risks, and negotiate competitive offers with carriers.

Provide pre-sale support by producing qualified illustrations, offering product information, and assisting the producer groups with communication and documentation.

Provide presales support by producing insurance illustrations, supplying product and carrier information, maintaining illustration workflows and SLAs, documenting activity in a CRM, and supporting producers with marketing materials and follow-up.

Provide presale support to producers by producing illustrations, supplying product and carrier information, running competitive life insurance illustrations, documenting activity in CRM, and maintaining SLAs and illustration turnaround times.

Provide advanced life insurance case design and illustration support to producers: research complex cases, select carriers/products, create marketing materials, prepare compliant sales presentations, and liaise among financial institutions, agents, and carriers to facilitate sales.
