Sell retired rental fleet vehicles to meet location sales goals. Qualify and follow up leads, demonstrate/test-drive vehicles, prepare sales paperwork, present financing/options, inspect trade-ins, schedule deliveries, maintain sales area and vehicle condition, protect customer data, and provide post-delivery follow-up and customer training.

Service and repair rental motorhomes to manufacturer specifications: diagnose and repair chassis and coach systems, perform inspections and maintenance (electrical, generators, propane, light body), write damage estimates, coordinate outsourced repairs, clean/detail vehicles, and provide customer vehicle familiarization.

Provide first-level phone support for customers in rental vehicles: answer and prioritize calls, troubleshoot remotely, coordinate vendors and services, document interactions, maintain files and a tidy work area, and collaborate with team members to resolve issues.
