Provide first-level phone support to customers in rental vehicles: troubleshoot issues remotely, coordinate vendors and services, document calls and rental agreements, escalate as needed, and maintain a professional, organized work area within a call center environment.

Provide administrative support for HR functions including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, maintaining employee and applicant records, benefits administration, and assisting with special projects and day-to-day HR operations.

Service, diagnose, and repair RV chassis and coach systems to manufacturer specifications. Perform pre-delivery inspections, electrical and generator maintenance, light bodywork, propane servicing, estimates, vehicle refurbishment, detailing, and customer vehicle orientation. Coordinate outsourcing and assist hub manager with vehicle planning and daily accounting.
