Supervise shift production for receiving, washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens; enforce safety and quality, track KPIs, coach staff, support hiring/training, and drive continuous improvement.

Manage overnight shift production including cost control, quality, safety, regulatory compliance, staffing, training, scheduling, reporting, customer issue resolution, inventory and utility management, and workforce development under direction of Plant Manager.

Oversee overnight laundry production shift, ensuring safety, quality, and throughput. Supervise staff and team leads, monitor PPOH and cost metrics, prepare KPI and labor reports, coordinate equipment maintenance, train and coach employees, support hiring and disciplinary actions, maintain OSHA compliance, and drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma tools.

Supervise shift production operations for receiving, washing, drying, folding and distribution of linens. Ensure schedules, quality, safety, KPIs and labor efficiency; coach staff, support hiring/training, lead continuous improvement projects, and collaborate with maintenance to resolve downtime.

Weigh and record clean and soiled linen, enter weights and client data into the system, stage carts, assist drivers and supervisors, maintain soil area cleanliness and production workflow.
