Supervise daily linen production operations on an AM shift, ensuring schedules, quality, safety, and KPIs are met. Coach staff, manage performance, support hiring/training, lead continuous improvement projects, coordinate with maintenance, and enforce OSHA and company policies.

Manage shift production, costs, safety, quality, customer issues, staffing, training, scheduling, inventory, and regulatory compliance for a large commercial laundry plant. Drive performance against KPIs and support budgeting, disciplinary actions, and continuous improvement.

Support the Production Manager in overseeing high-volume laundry production across departments, manage staff and safety, monitor KPIs and costs, coordinate equipment maintenance, train personnel, enforce OSHA and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma tools.

Provide administrative support to upper management including research, data entry, preparing reports and presentations, scheduling meetings and travel, coordinating events and projects, managing executive calendars, and handling information requests in a fast-paced office environment.

Support the Production Manager in supervising laundry operations across receiving, sorting, washing, folding, and distribution. Oversee shift performance, safety, productivity (PPOH), labor and cost metrics; coordinate equipment maintenance, train staff, ensure OSHA compliance, and implement Lean/Six Sigma process improvements to sustain high-volume production.
