Oversees overnight laundry production operations, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, sanitation, and workflow performance. Supports team leads, resolves personnel and operational issues, monitors labor and cost metrics, prepares KPI reports, coordinates equipment troubleshooting, trains employees, and assists with hiring and performance management. The role also supports OSHA compliance, emergency response, customer issues, and continuous improvement using Lean or Six Sigma methods.

Oversees overnight plant production, including costs, labor, quality, safety, regulatory compliance, equipment upkeep, scheduling, inventory, customer issues, and workforce development. Manages supervisors and production employees, prepares operating reports and budgets, controls vendors and supplies, maintains PPOH targets, conducts performance reviews, and handles employee discipline. Requires commercial laundry or large-scale hotel operations experience, business education, leadership skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Weigh clean and soiled linen accurately, enter linen weights and client numbers into the data system, stage carts, monitor soil-area workflow, maintain cleanliness, and assist drivers and supervisors. The role requires basic computer skills, strong attention to detail, communication, organization, problem-solving, customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Physical duties include standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds.
