Lead, coach, and supervise manufacturing line teams to ensure safe, high-quality, high-volume production. Oversee equipment inspections, safety audits, scheduling, staffing, performance feedback, continuous improvement, and corrective actions to meet production, quality, and safety goals.

On-site HR supervisor supporting Pennsylvania plants; administer HRMS/Workday, handle employee relations, benefits inquiries, attendance/FMLA/ADA compliance, performance management, training coordination, and collaborate with Labor & Employee Relations and People Development.

Lead and execute continuous improvement and Lean initiatives across divisional plants. Analyze workflows and supply chain data, implement Lean tools and system developments (dashboards, automated reporting, IoT/machine data), establish KPIs, train and mentor CI champions, and lead Kaizen events and reliability/safety programs to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and sustain operational excellence.
