Coordinates front-end manufacturing operations, personnel training, staffing, maintenance, repairs, equipment procedures, parts inventory, and supplier support. The role requires production control experience, manufacturing knowledge, strong organization, communication, project management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Coordinates human resources processes for a shared services office, including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee engagement, internal communications, employee support, and performance management. Advises employees and leaders, maintains accurate talent management records in SuccessFactors, supports compliance with company policies and labor legislation, and helps foster a positive organizational culture.
