Provides administrative support for a healthcare laundry plant by organizing files, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, handling calls and correspondence, preparing reports and memos, entering data, and tracking office supplies. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Operates flatwork folding and dry-fold equipment to process laundered textiles. Inspects sheets, tablecloths, and other items for stains, tears, and defects; sorts and organizes finished products for packaging and distribution; maintains accurate counts; follows safety and cleanliness standards; meets production goals; collaborates with team members; and assists with training new employees.

Supervise laundry production departments, including soil room, washroom, ironing, and tumble fold operations. Schedule and train staff, manage labor costs, meet production and quality goals, maintain safety standards, coordinate equipment maintenance, communicate performance results, complete reports, and support administrative and new-hire paperwork. The role rotates shifts and may assist in production positions as needed.
