Leads production-floor associates, assigns employees to workstations, monitors workflow and equipment use, ensures customer orders are completed, coordinates with supervisors and maintenance, manages labor efficiency, supplies materials, supports production tasks, and enforces safety protocols and company procedures.

Supervise production, soil room, washroom, ironing, and tumble-fold operations to meet safety, quality, staffing, labor-cost, and production goals. Schedule and train employees, manage workflow, maintain production reporting, communicate targets, collaborate with maintenance, enforce safety procedures, ensure quality processes are followed, and support administrative and new-hire documentation needs.

Oversee daily Atlanta plant operations, production targets, quality, safety, budgets, and resources. Develop strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs, ensure regulatory compliance, analyze production metrics, implement corrective actions, and lead and mentor plant staff while fostering continuous improvement and teamwork.

Provides clerical and administrative support through filing, data entry, correspondence, phone and visitor assistance, scheduling, document preparation, inventory management, and records maintenance. The role supports multiple departments, coordinates calendars, maintains office supplies, and helps ensure efficient daily office operations.

Operates flatwork dryers and dryfold machines to process, inspect, fold, and prepare laundered textiles. Identifies defects, performs routine equipment troubleshooting and maintenance, maintains a clean and safe work area, and collaborates with team members to meet production targets and quality standards.

Operates flatwork folding and dry-fold equipment to process laundered textiles. Inspects sheets, tablecloths, and other items for stains, tears, and defects; sorts and organizes finished products for packaging and distribution; maintains accurate counts; follows safety and cleanliness standards; meets production goals; collaborates with team members; and assists with training new employees.
