Supervise production, soil room, washroom, ironing, and tumble-fold operations to meet safety, quality, staffing, labor-cost, and production goals. Schedule and train employees, manage workflow, maintain production reporting, communicate targets, collaborate with maintenance, enforce safety procedures, ensure quality processes are followed, and support administrative and new-hire documentation needs.

Oversee daily Atlanta plant operations, production targets, quality, safety, budgets, and resources. Develop strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs, ensure regulatory compliance, analyze production metrics, implement corrective actions, and lead and mentor plant staff while fostering continuous improvement and teamwork.
