Supports solution design, testing, deployment, production troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and continuous platform improvement while collaborating with Business, QA, and Development teams.

Maintains Tower business data accuracy, completeness, governance, and consistency across systems. Creates reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions; investigates anomalies, resolves data quality issues, supports data governance policies and standards, maintains data catalogs, performs audits, and identifies process improvements. Partners with Assets, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to provide trusted reporting and support business decision-making.

Leads enterprise software testing and quality engineering across the application lifecycle. Develops QA standards, governance, test strategies, and automation programs; oversees functional, integration, regression, performance, API, and user acceptance testing. Manages defects, release readiness, quality metrics, vendors, and distributed QA resources. Partners with business, product, development, and operations teams to embed quality into Agile and DevOps practices while mentoring testing professionals and driving continuous improvement.

Leads large-scale process improvement initiatives across Assets & Operations, identifying automation and workflow simplification opportunities. Designs data-driven solutions, manages project resources, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, measures operational value, and drives change adoption. Provides process expertise, consults on risks and opportunities, and mentors staff while balancing strategic priorities with urgent operational needs.

Build and lead Crown Castle’s Data and AI Governance Engineering capability. Establish governance, data quality, metadata, lineage, access, observability, and AI governance strategies while automating controls and workflows across Databricks and the broader data ecosystem. Remain hands-on with prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, and reusable engineering patterns. Partner with technical, legal, security, risk, audit, architecture, and business teams to improve data trust, accountability, discoverability, and responsible AI adoption.

Performs corporate accounting close activities, complex balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, accrual reviews, flux analysis, and reporting schedules. Ensures compliance with US GAAP, SOX, company policies, and debt agreements. Supports complex contract accounting, auditor inquiries, process improvements, and ERP implementations while maintaining accurate financial reporting and collaborating with management and stakeholders.
