Teams at Crown Castle

Develops and executes sales strategies for Federal, State, and Local Government opportunities. Identifies and captures opportunities through government procurement channels, manages complex sales cycles from lead generation through post-award transition, builds relationships with government decision-makers and partners, develops proposals, negotiates deals, and achieves revenue targets. The role requires telecom sales expertise, government contracting knowledge, CRM-based funnel management, and frequent customer travel.

Leads technical strategy and hands-on delivery across data platforms, engineering, analytics, AI, machine learning, governance, and automation. Manages roadmaps, backlogs, technical programs, and internal data and AI products while coordinating teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Develops prototypes, analyses, integrations, dashboards, and automations; evaluates technical risks and performance; builds business cases; tracks KPIs and value realization; and supports budgets, investments, planning, and strategic priorities for the Data and AI organization.

Partners with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver Salesforce and SiteTracker solutions. Configures platform objects, workflows, permissions, automation, and integrations; develops Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and SOQL solutions. Supports solution design, testing, deployment, production troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and continuous platform improvement while collaborating with Business, QA, and Development teams.
