Operate, secure, and advance the enterprise Microsoft 365 platform (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID). Lead migrations and hybrid Exchange, design SharePoint architecture and governance, implement security/compliance controls, automate administration with PowerShell/Graph/Power Platform, and partner with stakeholders to standardize, monitor, and scale M365 services.

Manage preparation and review of federal, state, local, and franchise income tax returns, ASC 740 provision work, REIT qualification testing, tax accounting, compliance, audits, and tax planning. Partner with Accounting, Finance, Legal, and external advisors; support SEC reporting, SOX controls, automation initiatives, and responses to tax authorities.

Entry-level transactional tax role supporting sales and use tax compliance across U.S., Puerto Rico, and Canada. Prepare and file returns, reconcile billing and GL accounts, perform taxability research, manage tax software and exemption certificates, respond to notices, support audits, and assist outside consultants and internal partners.
