Sales Associates respond to automotive sales leads, build customer relationships, greet and educate shoppers, assess needs, demonstrate vehicle features, and document activities in a CRM. They communicate with customers in person, by phone, and by email, attend ongoing training and meetings, and work toward sales goals in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Sells vehicles by responding to leads, engaging customers in person, by phone, and by email, assessing needs, demonstrating products, documenting activities in a CRM, and maintaining current sales knowledge through training. The role offers hourly pay plus uncapped commission, benefits, and career advancement opportunities. Prior automotive sales experience is preferred but not required.

Leads marketing strategy and performance across four automotive dealerships. Oversees marketing spend, ROI, digital advertising, website performance, lead generation, CRM and customer data strategy, OEM co-op programs, reputation and social media, vendors, marketing technology, and emerging AI tools. Partners with dealership General Managers to evaluate store-level strategies, optimize customer funnels and retention, and recommend changes based on performance and profitability.
