Lead design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management for manufacturing clients. Translate requirements into functional designs, configure core and advanced SCM modules, support integrations and data conversions, run testing and UAT, deliver training and post-go-live support, and mentor junior consultants while supporting business development.

Design, build, and maintain Azure-based data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes. Develop and optimize T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models. Support data lake and warehouse implementations, ensure data quality and security, monitor pipelines, and collaborate with analysts and application teams. Prepare performant data layers for Power BI and document data flows and operational procedures.

Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated web test scripts using Selenium or Playwright. Create and run functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end tests. Integrate tests into CI/CD, perform API testing, log and track defects, and collaborate with developers and product teams in Agile ceremonies to ensure software quality.

Support configuration, implementation, and ongoing administration of ServiceNow SPM/PPM/CWM modules. Gather requirements, build forms/workflows/dashboards, assist testing and UAT, provide user support, maintain documentation, and ensure platform governance and best practices.

Advise executive stakeholders on ERP strategy, oversee solution design/configuration/testing/deployment/post-go-live support, manage multiple engagements, drive practice growth and business development, and mentor consultants and managers.

Lead and run audit engagements end-to-end: plan, budget, execute, and prepare financial statements. Supervise and mentor staff, maintain client relationships, research and analyze audit issues using audit software, and recommend business and process improvements. May require additional hours and travel to client sites.
