The role requires travel between locations and supports organizational staffing, employee engagement, and workforce development.

Processes medical claims, verifies patient eligibility and benefits, follows up on unpaid or denied claims, audits insurance payments, coordinates secondary billing, handles patient payment plans, and responds to patient and insurer inquiries. The role requires knowledge of payer requirements, medical terminology, accounting procedures, and healthcare billing workflows.
