Serves as the primary HR contact for Dayton and Cincinnati locations, managing HR operations for fewer than 100 employees. Responsibilities include employee relations, onboarding, recruitment support, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, training coordination, compliance, payroll-related accounting, records maintenance, and HR reporting. The role requires travel between locations and supports organizational staffing, employee engagement, and workforce development.
