Use EHRs and BI tools to collect, analyze, visualize, and report quality and performance improvement data. Develop Power BI dashboards, identify trends/outliers, analyze incident reports, and support compliance reporting (Joint Commission, CARF, HIPAA, HRSA).

Provide clinical and administrative supervision for outpatient staff, oversee case management and program performance, deliver trauma-informed individual and family services, support staff development, and ensure client engagement and service targets are met.

Supervise clinical case management staff in outpatient community services, provide direct trauma-informed individual and family case management, oversee program performance and outreach, complete staff appraisals, and support program development and data-informed decision making.

Lead oversight and improvement of clinical, prevention, and grant programs. Manage daily clinical operations, documentation, budgets, compliance, data review, and change leadership. Evaluate and expand services, coordinate training and credentialing, liaise with stakeholders and community partners, and foster a trauma-informed culture.

Supervise and direct Early Head Start educational services, guide curriculum and program planning, deliver staff training, collect and analyze program data, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, build relationships with families and community partners, and recommend continuous program improvements.

The Case Manager provides employment services and support to adults with mental health issues, helping them secure and maintain employment while teaching coping skills and collaborating with community employers.
