Handles client, insurance, Medicaid, and ADAMHS Board billing; verifies insurance coverage and payment arrangements; posts payments; updates client demographics; manages accounts receivable; and supports collection efforts and reimbursement resolution.

Provides supervised behavioral health services in outpatient or residential counseling settings. Responsibilities include observing, co-facilitating, and delivering trauma-informed individual and group services; documenting client care; collaborating with treatment teams and community partners; participating in professional development; and promoting integrated mental health and recovery services.
