Manage billing, payment posting, and collections for clients, Medicaid/MACSIS, insurances, and other payers. Verify insurance coverage, follow up on denied claims, reduce AR aging, and support special projects to increase reimbursement.

Supervise clinical case management staff in outpatient community services, provide direct trauma-informed individual and family case management, oversee program performance and outreach, complete staff appraisals, and support program development and data-informed decision making.

Use EHRs and BI tools to collect, analyze, visualize, and report quality and performance improvement data. Develop Power BI dashboards, identify trends/outliers, analyze incident reports, and support compliance reporting (Joint Commission, CARF, HIPAA, HRSA).
