Manage month-end and year-end close, prepare financial statements, perform reporting and analysis, and own the Accounts Payable process. Support Accounts Receivable and treasury activities, including Positive Pay. Drive process improvements through automation, technology, and AI while collaborating with business leaders and building scalable accounting processes.

Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn; research target accounts, qualify opportunities, schedule appointments for Account Executives, maintain CRM records, and meet pipeline goals. The role includes learning logistics solutions, collaborating with internal teams, and developing toward an Account Executive position through structured training and performance-based advancement.

Leads enterprise technology and innovation strategy, cybersecurity, business continuity, AI adoption, Microsoft 365, vendor and MSP relationships, technology budgets, executive reporting, KPIs, and long-term roadmaps. Partners with executive leadership to connect technology investments to growth, efficiency, customer experience, and competitive advantage. Also evaluates emerging technologies and may support SaaS platform management and M&A integration.
