Partners with sales, customer experience, finance, and executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, scaling, and operational strategy. Requires regional travel of up to 50%.

Leads enterprise technology and innovation strategy, cybersecurity, business continuity, AI adoption, Microsoft 365, vendor and MSP relationships, technology budgets, executive reporting, KPIs, and long-term roadmaps. Partners with executive leadership to connect technology investments to growth, efficiency, customer experience, and competitive advantage. Also evaluates emerging technologies and may support SaaS platform management and M&A integration.

Leads the Phoenix courier division’s daily operations, staffing, service quality, safety, compliance, customer relationships, and financial performance. Responsibilities include recruiting and developing employees, managing budgets and P&L results, tracking KPIs, improving processes, launching client accounts, configuring routes and recurring orders, and resolving operational issues. The manager works hands-on in a 24/7 logistics environment and may occasionally make deliveries or support operational needs.
